How Does Online Training Work?

Your trainer will build a customized training plan for you. Bring your workouts to the gym, track your progress. Your trainer reviews your progress and tweaks your training plan. This is a complete fitness coaching program.  It is the best for those who have busy schedules or are always out of town.  With the Online coaching program you can take your coach and workout with you.  Your coach will be able to track your progress and stay in communications with you every step of the way.

With the Online Training we also offer weekly 15 minute checkups via Skype or Facetime.  You will be able to text us as well with any questions or concerns*.
