In Home Training

Train in the comfort of your own home or desired location*

We at VROSSI Fitness understand that not everyone wants to go to a gym to exercise.  There is no reason that someone must go to a fitness center/gym to be able to get the workout they want.  So we offer our 1-on-1 Personal Training right in the privacy of your own home.

The only thing we ask is that you tell us what, if any equipment you have.

Here is a list of recommended equipment to be able to workout in your home:

  1.  Sturdy Chair (Not on Wheels)
  2. Yoga Mat (Unless you want to lay on the hard floor or carpet)
  3. Resistance Bands (Multiple weight ranges)
  4. Foam Roller (Not required, but highly recommended)
  5. Stability Ball

*Locations may include resorts, private gyms, Recreational Parks etc.  Additional fees may apply depending on location.
