What is HIIT?

HIIT stand for High Intensity Interval Training.

Well what does this mean?  It means that you can actually do your full training in less time.  Does this work for everyone?  Some people say it does.  But I’m of the mindset that if your body is not moving the correct way then you could actually do more harm than good with this type of training.  Yes HIIT is a great way to get things done faster. But just remember you crawled before you walked, and you walked before you ran.  Before you try and do HIIT ty a few things out first.  Like doing a squat would be a good indicator of if its good for you or not.  If you can’t do a full squat without a problem or even a reverse lunge without losing your balance, then HIIT is not for you.
