One-on-One Personal Training *

Gym Training allows for more functional and dynamic training.  You will have access to all the latest equipment as well has an assortment of weight capabilities.  One-on-One Personal Training in a gym environment allows the trainer to utilize a lot more equipment and educated you on the proper use of the equipment so as to make sure you are getting the correct exercise with the correct equipment and weight so an injury does not occur.  The one thing any Personal Trainer wants to avoid is an injury, not only to you but also to themselves.

With the in gym training the we can show you what exercises can be done as well as different ways to do the same exercise depending on the availability of equipment.
